We are proud to call Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, our home since 2014. Our flagship at 936 Fulton Street houses our entire production facility, with a cozy bakeshop up front. Every morning begins with fresh baked scones and biscuits, and at all times, you can find a case full of cookies, cupcakes, ice cream sandwiches, and Same Day Cakes. We strive to keep sweetness to a minimum, and lean into hearty and delightful flavor combinations like our Tahini Chocolate Chunk Cookie, Olive Oil Lemon Cake, and Brown Butter Caramel Cupcakes.

Every weekend we feature a Counter Cake, available by the slice, which is a whimsically flavored and designed cake that rotates each month. Throughout the year, Chef Anna Gordon showcases her Playdate Pastries, which is a collaboration series she runs with fellow NYC creatives. We are proud to serve Counter Culture Coffee and DONA from our espresso bar. Our Goods wall showcases a variety of greeting cards, birthday candles, whole coffee beans, gifts, and bakery merchandise. We have a small seating area inside the bakeshop, and benches out front.
